Beirut hosts meeting in solidarity with Palestinian detainees

A meeting in solidarity with the Palestinian and Arab detainees at the Israeli prisons was held on Tuesday in the Beirut neighborhood of Aleh, marking the occasion of the Arab and Palestinian Detainee Day.
The participants at the meeting delivered speeches in which they focused on the necessity of preserving resistance to liberate detainees and return them home. The speeches called on the international community and the UN to press Israel to permit the Red Cross International Committee to visit detainees and inspect their critical health conditions and immediately release children and women prisoners.
