Priorities of Miqati's government

Lebanon's Prime Minister Designate, Najib Miqati, has confined to define his priorities to "organizing the parliamentary elections and dealing with the international investigation to the assassination of the former Lebanese prime minister and the economic situation in Lebanon.
Miqati said he will lead a moderate government and will adopt with the Taif accord, considering that it is still possible to build the establishments and implement national unity.
Miqati's nomination came at the background of the opposition's threats to resort to the street once again, and to accelerate the formation of the Lebanese government, accusing the resigned Lebanese prime minister Omar Karami of being slow in making that, in order to postpone the elections after he had spent five weeks in consultations but failed to form this government.
