Patriarch- of Antioch and Israeli threats to attack al-Aqsa Mosque

Patriarch Gregorius III Laham, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East for the Royal Greek Catholics, has denounced the attempts of the Jewish settlers to attack al-Aqsa Mosque and the Israel continuation of building the racial separation wall on the occupied Palestinian territories.

In a statement issued today in Beirut, Patriarch Laham said that Israel was talking about peace and dialogue while at the same time committing brutal extremist acts against the land and people in occupied Palestine. He expressed regret that the west and the United States are not aware of the Israeli danger and do not have a fair position regarding Israel or the Arab states.
