Addoum stresses continued investigations on the Hariri assassination

Investigations into the crime that claimed the life of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafic Hariri are going on, said Lebanese Minister of Justice, Addnan Addoum on Wednesday.
"Instructions has been issued by the international Interpol and the Lebanese foreign ministry to provide the Lebanese investigation by results of the burning material used in the blast," Addoun said in a statement after a meeting with Lebanese president Emile Lahoud.
Both Lahoud and Addoum discussed recent development in the region as well as political and governmental situation in the country.
For his part speaker of the Lebanese parliament Nabeh Berri reviewed with many Lebanese personales current communications to form a new Lebanese government and political situation in Lebanon as well as the current election law which is based on proportional representations and governorate-wide level.
Meanwhile, Executive Secretary of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN ESCWA), Ms. Mervat Tallawy discussed with New UN Representative for the South Lebanon Geir Pederson recent developments on the Lebanese-Palestinian borders in the light of the Israeli continuous violations against Lebanon's sovereignty.
