Venezuela hopes Arab-Latin summit adopt principle of non-use of force

Venezuela's Vice President Jose Vicente Rangel voiced hope to visit Egypt and he greeted Egypt's leadership and people.
In his interview with Al-Ahram newspaper editor-in-chief Ibrahim Nafie in the Venezuelan capital Caracas, Rengel said his country looks forward to Arab-Latin American summit due to be held in Brazil on May 10 and hopes it stresses on respecting the international legitimacy and preventing any country from imposing its will on the other countries.
He added that his country is keen on what he described a new policy for creating a world multi-polar system to take the interests of the different countries into account.
As for terrorism, Rangel confirmed that his country differentiates between terror and legitimate resistance against occupation, noting that his country does not condemn the people of any country for defending their legitimate rights.
"When a country besieges another, we call this terrorism" said Rangel who stressed that the US sees two kinds of terror; good terror and bad one, noting that the "bad terror" is that which achieves the American interests.
He, moreover, pointed out that Venezuela does not have anti- Arab racism and rejected what he termed as Arab terrorists and emphasized that his country will not allow such kind of racism on its lands.
