Lebanon, Politics, 4/6/2005
The General Assembly for the Civil Society Institutions in Beirut renewed rejection of foreign intervention in the country's internal affairs and "plots to destroy its freedom and sovereignty."
The Assembly, in a statement published Tuesday following its meeting headed by Fuad Entani, stressed that the "Lebanese national resistance is one of the main bases in facing up to the Israeli continuing aggressions and provocations against the Lebanese territories."
