British ambassador in Lebanon: Syrian withdrawal is a positive step

British Ambassador to Lebanon, James Watt, on Tuesday described the Syrian troops withdrawal from Lebanon as a "positive and a good step." In a meeting with Chairman of Sidon municipality, Abdulrahman al-Bezri, Watt underlined the necessity of forming a new Lebanese government to discuss the future of the country.
For his part, Bezri underscored the importance of commitment to the national principles, supporting the Lebanese resistance and maintaining good relations with the Arab states, particularly Syria.
