Lebanese gougs sit-in near US embassy

National Youth and Students Organizations in Lebanon on Tuesday held a mass sit-in in front of the US Embassy in Beirut protesting the foreign and US intervention in the Lebanese internal affairs and expressing rejection to UN Security Council resolution 1559.
The protestors carried Lebanese flags and signs condemning the US intervention, chanting slogans that support resistance and the Syrian-Lebanese distinguished relations. "We have achieved sovereignty, freedom and dignity through our martyrs bloods and our people steadfastness in the face of Israeli occupation," Deputy Chairman of Amal Movement Politburo said.
