Qathafi receives Somali president

"The Leader of the Revolution, received Wednesday night, President Abdullah Yousef of Somalia, and his accompanying delegation which comprises the prime minister as well as several ministers," JANA reported yesterday.
"The Somalese President briefed the Leader on the latest developments in Somalia, and the agreements he concluded with various Somalese parties to rebuild state institutions," the report added
