Morocco-Turkey, Politics, 3/31/2005
Morocco's King Mohammed VI received, in Rabat Wednesday, Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who arrived earlier on a two-day official visit to Morocco.
Erdogan was accompanied at the audience by Agriculture and Rural affairs Minister, Sami Guclu, and Industry and Trade Minister, Ali Coskun. Erdogan's visit to Morocco is meant to consolidate economic cooperation and political dialogue between the two sides. Trade exchanges between the two countries have remarkably increased at the end of 2004, reaching USD 435 million, against 260 million in 2003.
