Al-Shorouq: Solana: EU Supports UN Security Council Resolutions

High Representative for the EU Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, expressed his blocÕs support to the UN relevant resolutions on the Middle East, including 242, 338 and 1559.
In an interview published Wednesday by Tunisian newspaper Ôal-ShorouqÕ, Solana said the EU backed the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
