OIC calls to stop expanding Israeli settlements

The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) on Tuesday called upon the international community to hold its responsibility in preventing Israel from carrying out its decision of expanding settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.
In a statement on the Land Day, the organization said Israeli decision aims at imposing a de facto that aims at hurdling procedures for the permanent settlement and the establishment of a Palestinian independent state, noting that it has become an international demand and a condition for the regional peace and stability.
