Israel rejects the Arab peace initiative
Regional-Israel, Politics, 3/24/2005
A senior official at Israeli prime ministry announced Israel's rejection of the Arab peace initiative, claiming that the Arab summit in Algeria was "late" in regard to the changes that took place in the Arab states.
The official, in a statement to AFP News Agency Tuesday, alleged the summit "confirms that it is late and on the marginal side of the deep underway developments in the Arab world."
