Solana and peace in the Middle East

The European Union's Higher Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) Javier Solana said he was going to use his participation in today's Arab summit in Algeria as an observer to work to advance the Middle East peace process forward.
Solana said in a statement that there difficult problems in the region should be studied deeply, and this moment must be used to push the peace process ahead in general.
