French foreign ministry concern over Israeli settlements

French Foreign Ministry on Tuesday expressed concern over the Israeli decision to build new settlement units in Maleh Adomim settlement. Speaker for French foreign Ministry Herves Ladsu said "the decision contradicts with the Roadmap that provides for freezing the construction of those settlements," calling on Israel and the Palestinians to stop any procedure that could shake trust between the two sides.
He added that starting to implement some of Sharm al-Sheikh items created a positive dynamism in the region.
