Morocco to host international gastronomy fair

The 2nd edition of "CREMAI 2005," the international fair of pastry, bakery, catering and hotel industry, will be held in Casablanca on May 26-29, said organizers.
CREMAI is the only African and Arab qualifying event to the pastry, bakery and ice-cream world cup, as well as cooks world cup.
Initiated by the association "Morocco pastry world cup club," the event will gather some 120 Moroccan exhibitors from the culinary world along with special guests of international renown.
Morocco won the Africa and Middle East Louis Lessafre cup of Bakery, and ranked four in the international competition of cooks last October.
