Mubarak calls for mobilising Arab efforts to render Algiers summit a success

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak reaffirmed yesterday his intention to attend next week's summit in Algiers and called for rallying Arab efforts to render it successful so as to confront challenges facing the Arab nation.
