Moussa: Algeria summit for reform, amending Charter

Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa said Algeria summit will tackle implementing the reform and modernization in the Arab states. He told reporters. customs barriers and certificates of the countries of origin have also been discussed by the council.
The council endorsed efforts to remove all obstacles to Arab economic cooperation and enhance sustainable development.
