Syria, Saudi Arabia Cooperate in Judiciary
Syria-Saudi Arabia, Judicial, 3/16/2005

Syria and Saudi Arabia on Tuesday signed a cooperation agreement in the judicial domain providing for cooperation in the civil, trade, vital statistics, prosecution right and protection fields.

It also stands for exchanging research and prints that include judicial verdicts and information on the judicial organizations, pointing out that citizens of both states have the right to prosecute to defend their rights in the country the same as the native citizens.

Both states also have the right to carry out verdicts issued by the other state.

Minister of Justice Mohammad al-Ghafri and his Saudi Counterpart Abdullah al-Sheikh who signed the accord underlined determination on implementing items of the agreement in the interest of the two states, asserting importance of this agreement to serve citizens in both states.
