Extradition of Moroccan terror suspect to Spain suspended pending appeal
The Belgian supreme court of Appeal will examine, March 23rd, the appeal lodged by the defence of Moroccan Youssef Belhaj, suspected to be involved in the Madrid blasts of March 11, 2004, said judicial sources.
