Omani, Kuwaiti senior officials highlight Syria's stances

Oman's Information Minister Hamad Bin Mohamed Al Rashedi on Monday stressed Oman's support to Syria's pan-Arab stances. Al-Rashedi, during his meeting with Syria's ambassador to Muscat, Ahmad Hajj Ibrahim, called for the necessity of activating media agreements signed between Syria and Oman.

For his part, Kuwaiti acting Information Minister Faisal al-Hajji, the Minister of Social Affairs described the Syrian-Kuwaiti relations as "They pose a net of blood, kinship and strong ties." "Kuwait appreciates Syria's stances towards the Arab issues," Al-Hajji said in a statement published today by the Syrian 'al-Baath' daily adding that Kuwait will not retract its national role in boosting Arab solidarity at this difficult stage."
