Abu al-Gheit stresses Syria's desire for peace

Syria has a real and honest desire to achieve just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East and it is ready to start peace negotiation, an Egyptian minister said.
"All discussions between both Syrian and Egyptian sides proved Syria's credibility in realizing the just and comprehensive peace in the region," Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abu al-Gheit told reporters.
