Prince Moulay Rachid meets French FM in Madrid

Morocco's Prince Moulay Rachid, younger brother of King Mohammed VI, met in Madrid on Thursday afternoon French foreign minister Michel Barnier, on the sidelines of their participation in the Madrid International Summit on Democracy, Terrorism and Security, held this March 8-10.
The prince delivered at the summit closing session a speech on behalf of King Mohammed VI. The sovereign urged the international community to step up close cooperation "through an approach based on global security and involving strategic, economic, developmental and human dimensions."
