Some 26 bodies for military men found to the west of Iraq

Al-Ramadi police in al-Anbar governorate, in the west of Iraq, announced it found 26 bodies believed to be for Iraqi military men killed by bullets.
A source in the Iraqi police said that among the bodies found in al-Qaem area near the Syrian borders is a body for one woman and that the date of their death indicates that they were killed one week ago. This information was confirmed by the director of al-Qaem hospital, Dr. Hamdi al-Alousi.
The police explained that it found on Tuesday 19 bodies before discovering later other 7 bodies in the region.
Another source confirmed that the people were the side who informed about the existence of the bodies which were on the bank of the Euphrates river near al-Rummanh village after foul smells reached the village. The source added that the victims were wearing civilian customs and they were hit on the chest and head.
On Tuesday, the Iraqi army announced finding the bodies of 15 persons in a military base near al-Tefeih to the south of Baghdad.
In al-Hbbaneyah area, 85Km to the west of Baghdad, one booby trapped car was blown up before an inspection point for American and national Iraqi guards forces in the road leading to a base for the American forces in the region.
A police officer said that the fire launching followed the explosions and that warning whistles were heard there.
In al-Qanat ( canal) street to the east of Baghdad, one Iraqi was killed and other three injured in an attack carried out by unidentified gunmen on Wednesday morning on a small bus which was carrying them. A police source said that the four persons are employees in a Kuwaiti company working for Abu Ghreib area to the west of the capital.
A car explosion between al-Sadeer hotel and the ministry of agriculture in the downtown of Baghdad yesterday morning resulted in killing two persons and injuring other 30. This hotel is used by the police and security commissions. It also includes several foreigners. The organization which is led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi announced on the Internet responsibility for the attack on the hotel which it described as "Jewish center." In al-Shraqat city to the north of Baghdad, one police officer was killed on Wednesday morning. In Karkouk, gunmen opened fire at a woman translator working with the American army in the city.
However, as bomb explosion in a police vehicle in al-Saee square in the downtown of al-Basra city to the south of al-Basra resulted on Wednesday in the killing of one officer and injuring other three, two of them are policemen.
