Syria imports olive oil from Palestinian territories

Syria's Ministry of Economy and Trade said on Wednesday it allowed the import of Olive Oil produced in the occupied Arab territories of Palestine.
Tishrin newspaper announced licenses would be given after a check on production license of origin.
Syria permitted earlier the bought of ten thousand tones of apple imported from Israel occupied Golan via the United Nations in response to demand of the Syrian farmers living there.
The move was to help those farmers as to deal with a surplus in apple production.
