Presidents al-Assad holds telephone talks with Heinz Fischer of Austria

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday made a telephone call with his Austrian counterpart Heinz Fischer during which President Assad expressed wish to delay his expected visit to Austria, scheduled in mid-March, due to the ongoing developments in the region.
Both presidents agreed to fix a new date for the visit in a more suitable situation in order to achieve the goals of the visit.
