Georgia forces increased

The Georgian armed forces announced that its forces rallied under the coalition forces in Iraq as of Tuesday increased from 300 to 850 soldiers.
Georgia army commander in chief said in a celebration held on the occasion of the soldiers leaving for Iraq that the dispatching 550 soldiers from Georgia to Iraq "started today."
The 300 soldiers currently in Iraq are deployed in Baqouba. The new group will be deployed in Baghdad and will be in charge of ensuring the security of the military base of the coalition forces in Baghdad.
