One ton of Chira seized by Moroccan authorities

Gendarmerie Royale (rural police) seized Saturday night one ton of cannabis extract, locally known as chira, gendarmerie sources said.
The banned substance estimated at 5 mln Euros was discovered during a routine anti-migration patrol. It was concealed in two vehicles near Ourira beach (some 70 km South-West of Guelmim). The vehicles owners fled and are actually wanted.
