Palestinian groups deny involvement in the explosion

The Islamic Jihad movement, and al-Aqsa Martyrs Groups denied responsibility for the operation after news reports said they had adopted the operation.

Meantime, the Islamic resistance movement Hamas stressed abidance to full truce agreed upon with the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

In media statements, the spokesman for Hamas movement Sami Abu Zahri said it is premature to talk about the side which carried out the attack. He added that all Palestinian groups are for continued calm in order to the Israeli pretexts to halt its pull out. He held Israel responsible for any escalation of the situation. He added that only the occupation is responsible for all consequences inflicted from the current violations.

Meantime, Nafiz Azzam, the leading figure in al-Jihad movement denied in statements to al-Jazeera TV the movement's responsibility for Tel Aviv operation and considered it as violation to the Palestinian consensus.
