Armitage: US does not want tension with Syria

Former US Deputy Secretary of State, Richard Armitage, said on Friday his country does not want to tense ties with Syria in light of latest developments the region is seeing.
" I am relieved over the move Syria is currently making on Lebanon in light of the Taif implementation," Armitage told journalists following a lecture in Tokyo.
