Hammoud holds talks with Russian official in Beirut

Lebanese Foreign Minister Mahmoud Hammoud conferred Thursday with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Sultanov on the latest developments in the region and means of enhancing bilateral relations.
Hammoud also discussed with UN Secretary General Advisor Lakhdar Ibraheemi, in the presence of Sultanov, the situation in Lebanon after the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafic Hariri and the UN resolution 1559.
