Reactions to murder of Hariri assassination

Saudi Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal said Tuesday that he is not eager to the idea which suggested to hold international investigation regarding the murder of former Lebanese Premier Rafic Hariri, adding that he prefers to await to see what Lebanese judiciary decides.
Al-Faisal, following a meeting with his French counterpart Michel Barmier in Riyadh, expressed confidence in the Lebanese judiciary's fairness and the investigations being underway to unveil the perpetrators of this crime.
He described the assassination act as a crime against Lebanon and Lebanese people as a whole.
Meanwhile, the Federal National Council in the United Arab Emirates strongly condemned the murder of Hariri.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Council called on all Lebanese people to keep self-control during this crucial situation in order to preserve national unity.
In Cairo, Arab Lawyers Federation also condemned assassination of Lebanese former Premier Hariri. It said in a statement that this ugly crime targets Lebanon's security and stability.
General Secretariat of Trade Unions' International Federation in Damascus also condemned the attack on Hariri and a number of Lebanese people. In a statement, the Federation considered the crime as a coward terrorist act that targets Lebanese national unity and arouses disturbance among Lebanese parties.
