4L Trophy: Sport in service of a human action

About a thousand German, English, Belgian, Spanish, Dutch and Italian students will participate in The 8th edition of "4L Trophy" which will take place from February 17 to 27 in the South East of Marrakech, said rally organisers.

The "4L Trophy" is a sportive and humanitarian racing event. Each team brings 50kg of school supplies which will be given to various schools in South Morocco by the Moroccan League of Childhood Protection under the aegis of UNICEF.

Rally drivers will travel through 700 kilometres with the help of a road book, a map and a compass while respecting different checkpoints. Drivers will be evaluated on the number of kilometres per day and not on the speed.

After a big send off in Paris (Stade de France) on Thursday, the rally drivers will move to Algeciras (Spain) and then to Morocco.

the rally will start from February 21 through 26 and will be crowned by a medals award ceremony on February 27 in Marrakech.

It is an opportunity for students to share passion for cars and adventure, to meet students of various nationalities and discover the wonders of the Moroccan desert.
