Tunisian President Zine al-Abidin Ben Ali has stressed that achieving peace in the Middle East requires Israel's withdrawal from Syrian Golan and Lebanese Shabaa farms and recognition of the Palestinian legitimate rights of self-determination and establishing an independent state.
"Situations in the Middle East needs resumption of peace process on all tracks to achieve the just and comprehensive peace in the region," Ben Ali said in an interview published by Russian magazine of Poli-Journal.
