Morocco, Sudan sign protocol on legal and judiciary cooperation

Morocco and Sudan signed a protocol on legal and judiciary matters providing for cooperation in civil rights, trade, criminal law, family code and the transfer of sentenced people, a communique of the justice ministry sent to Map on Wednesday said.
The cooperation mechanism was signed in Rabat on Tuesday by justice minister Mohamed Bouzouba‰ and Sudanese peer Ali Mohamed Othman Yassin at the end of a meeting during which they discussed cooperation prospects between the Moroccan magistracy higher institute and the Sudanese institute for the training of magistrates.
