Arab Venture Capital Union to meet Sunday

The Arab Venture Capital Union holds its first meeting on Sunday to discuss the articles of the Union's statutes.
The meeting will be attended by Ahmed Gwily, Secretary-General of the Arab Economic Unity Council.
Mr. Hany Tawfik, the key player in establishing the Union, affirmed that the new union would play a leading role in enhancing Arab cooperation in venture capital business as well as providing training and developing staff working in this field.
He added that the new union comprising several Arab states would help its members realize venture capital investment opportunities and projects, pointing out that the Arab states would cooperate to finance these projects at the level of member countries
