Al-Shara: Syria is committed to just peace

Syria's Foreign Minister Farouq al-Shara on Monday renewed Syria's commitment to achieve a comprehensive settlement on all tracks saying "It should be based on relevant international resolutions, Arab peace initiative and on what has been achieved in former talks."
During his meeting with European Union's Special Envoy to the Middle East Mark Otti, al-Shara reasserted the important role the EU should play towards issues of the region based on the historical ties and mutual interests of both sides.
