Nine Iraqis killed on Wednesday clashes

The Iraqi police on Wednesday said that one of its members was killed when his vehicle was attacked by gunmen in al-Dalou'eya to the north of Baghdad. The Iraqi police also said that two civilians were also killed in a bomb explosion that targeted one American procession in Tigris area to the north of Baghdad.
Also in Baghdad, the driver of the minister of industry was killed when he was attacked by an unidentified gunman in al-Doura area. Witnesses said the minister was not in the car when the attack happened in the area which is situated to the south of Baghdad.
On the other hand, news reports said that the American forces impose curfew on the entry and exist form al-Ratba city to the west of Baghdad following the crash of one copter over the city last Wednesday.
In Samera to the north, two police men were killed and other four injured in a land mine explosion in their vehicle in the downtown of the city.
A source in the Iraqi national guards said that clashes erupted between the Iraqi police, backed by the American forces with gunmen, and this resulted in killing one Iraqi teenager while the gunmen were able to withdraw.
In the same city, medical sources reported the killing of two Iraqis, one of them is a child in a land mine that targeted an American vehicle. In another development, oil sources stressed that one oil pipeline linking Beji refinery ( 200 km to the north of Baghdad) and al-Doura refinery to the south of the capital was damaged at a point situated in area close to Samera.
