Islamic revolution and Palestine festival

Iranian Ambassador in Damascus Muhammad Riza Baqiri said on Tuesday that the Palestinian cause has always been on the top of the Iranian Islamic Revolution's focus, referring to the announcement of the World Day of Jerusalem on the last Friday of Ramadan month each year to express solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Speaking at the opening of the Festival "Palestine and the Islamic Revolution" in Damascus, on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the Ambassador praised the Palestinian resistance as great and permanent.
He added that the resistance will gain victory and the Palestinians will establish their independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem it capital. SANA
