Arab Maghreb states thanks Qathafi

The Transportation Ministerial Council of the Arab Maghreb States praise the efforts of the Muammar al-Qathafi , the Chairman of the Presidential Council of the Arab Maghreb Union in activating Institutions and Structures of the Arab Maghreb Union, JANA reported this week.
In their cable , "the council expressed its high respects and appreciation of the efforts of the Leader to Activate the institutions and organizations of the Arab Maghreb Union, expressing gratitude to the Leader and Libyan People," JANA said.
