Expected American sanctions on Sudan over Darfur

Diplomats in the US capital Washington said that Washington is studying a new draft law at the UN over Darfur that would impose weapons sanctions and sanctions on officials over human rights violations.
Spokesman for the UN mission at the UN Richard Grenel said that the proposals given to the four permanent representatives at the UN aim at imposing accountability of sides responsible for what is taking place in Darfur.
