Al-Assad confers with Russian Council Speaker

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad discussed on Tuesday with Russian Federation Council Speaker Sergy Mironov means of cementing bilateral relations with Russia by the exchange of delegations and visits.
That was during a visit made by President al-Assad to the Russian Federation Council.
