More Iraqis killed in Baghdad's booby trapped car explosion

The Iraqi police and medical sources stressed in a new outcome that some 14 Iraqis were killed at least and other 40 injured in a booby trapped car explosion which targeted a Shiite mosque to the south west of Baghdad earlier in the day.
The Iraqi police said the explosion took place while the worshippers were heading to perform their Friday prayers in the mosque situated in Um al-Maaleve area near al-Baya quarters, the second explosion which targeted a mosque for the Shiite in Baghdad during one week.
Moreover, attacks and explosions continued in the past hours in various parts of Iraq, the last of which was the killing of 6 Iraqi soldiers and injuring other 8 in various attacks in the north of Baghdad.
One Iraqi soldier was killed and other four were hit in a bomb explosion that targeted a vehicle for the Iraqi army in al-Touz area to the east of Tikrit. Three Iraqi soldiers were killed and other two injured when unidentified gunmen attacked a base for the Iraqi army to the east of al-Dalou'eya city.
In another attack, two Iraqi soldiers were killed and other two injured in a bomb explosion that targeted their vehicle in the downtown of Samera. In Baqouba two persons were killed in a house while trying to make explosives. The Iraqi army found while breaking into a house amounts of explosives and shelling and arrested five suspects.
In al-Ramadi, two Iraqis were at least killed and other two injured in confrontations between gunmen and the American forces in this city which is situated to the west of the capital Baghdad.
