More acts of detentions in Kuwait
Kuwait, Local, 1/18/2005

The Kuwaiti minister of the interior Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad said that the Kuwaiti security forces detained 15 suspects including Saudis following the recent clashes in Houli and Um al-Heiman areas in Kuwait.

The Kuwaiti minister stressed following a meeting with the committee of the interior and defense at the parliament that behind the two recent operations in Kuwait is "an organized" group, noting it is still too early to know if the group has foreign contacts or not.

The minister announced that a joint operations room was formed between the various security sections to coordinate security operations and the breaking in operations.
