Lahoud expresses concern over settling the Palestinians

Lebanese Army Commander Major General Michel Suleiman held Israel responsibility for the Mideast peace process hindering. In a meeting with Arab and foreign military attaches league, Suleiman called Israel to implement the international resolutions relevant to the Arab-Israeli conflict noting that its continuous breaching of Lebanon's sovereignty is a steady hostile act against Lebanon.

On settling Palestinian refugees issue, Lebanese President Emile Lahoud expressed worries over not having guarantees preventing Palestinians settling in Lebanon, the aim that Israel is in quest of as a strategic goal.

While chairing the Lebanese cabinet meeting, Lahoud called to deal with these fears by resorting to the highest readiness and not to neglect the essential questions that might expose Lebanon to danger.
