Ghali: Reform is an international necessity

"Change and reform have become a necessity at the world level,"Head of the Egyptian National Council for Human Rights Boutros Ghali said on Saturday.
In an interview with Qatar's daily al-Raya, the former UN Secretary General stressed the importance of reform for the entire world not only the Arab states.
