Freed Syrian prisoner returns back from Israeli jail

Syrian citizens in the occupied Golan town of Majdal Shams on Friday held a public reception ceremony celebrating the freed Syrian prisoner Hayel Abu Zeid who spent 20 years in Israeli jails.
Abu Zeid said in speech that he could not enjoy the real meaning of freedom until all his prison mates had been freed from Israeli prisons.
The Syrian citizens then marched to the other side of Ain al-Tina site where a speech welcoming the return of the prisoner was delivered through the barbed wire in the name of the governor of Quneitra liberated governorate.
The former prisoner is suffering from leukemia, and is due to return to the hospital for further medical treatment.
