Al-Qaida: we have targeted the minister of the interior and his son

Al-Qaida Organization In The Arab Peninsula said in a statement issued on Tuesday on the Internet that the two recent suicide attempts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, targeted the Saudi minister of the interior Prince Nayef and his son.

The statement said "al-Muqarra group prepared for a difficult operation to kill the spearhead of sedition in the in the Arab Peninsula Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz, his son and escorts and then attacking the headquarters of the emergency forces training. Many of those people were injured with slight damages in the ministry of the Interior."

The statement added that the attack "resulted in killed several crusaders at the headquarters of the emergency force straining and many of them were also injured." It continued "we are determined to organize ourselves and prepare for new quality operations in order to take out the non believers from the Peninsula of prophet Muhammad, God bless him."
