Three Britons killed in Iraq

Three Britons working in a security company were killed in an explosion in Baghdad on Monday in the course of the bloody confrontations between the gunmen and the coalition forces and the national guard and the Iraqi police which also resulted in the killing or wounding of 111 persons most of them are from the police and National Guards forces.
The spokeswoman for the British foreign office said "our priority is to make sure that families of the victims are notified" but she gave no explanations on the killing of the three men.
However, a spokesman for the special American security company "Kroll Asbestos" from New York said at least two men among the killed are British working with his company in Baghdad.
The BBC correspondent in Baghdad said that four persons, three British and one American, were killed, adding that they are civilians working for consultating companies and not all of them work in the same company.
The outcome of attacks and acts of violence in Iraq on Monday reached 43 killed persons including 26 of the police and the National Guards while other 68 were injured in a series of incidents including the blowing up of four booby trapped car, two in Baghdad, the third in Balad and the fourth was in al-Dajil area to the south of Baghdad.
