Two Palestinian children were killed in Khan Younis

News reports in Gaza said that the number of Palestinians killed as a result of the incursion of the Israeli occupation forces in Khan Younis camp and adjoining area increased to five after the Israeli forces yesterday killed the two Palestinian children Ahmad Touman and Muhammad Abu al-Saeed, each is 15 years old.

Sources at the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement announced earlier that three of its members were killed. They are Yahya Abu Bakra ( 32 year old), Shadi Abu Khdeir ( 21 year old) and Ammar al-Raam ( 20 year old) by one missile fired by one Israeli plane at several houses in al-Amal quarters adjoining Khan Younis camp on Wednesday.

News reports said that the incursion operation resulted in displacing several Palestinian families. Witnesses said the occupation forces demanded via loudspeakers from the people of the area to leave their houses and head for a nearby school from the region.

The news said the Palestinian resistance intercepted the occupation forces and were able to destroy one military vehicle resulted in injuring two soldiers. An incident recognized by the Israeli occupation forces. Groups of Ahmad Abu al-Reesh martyrs, the military wing of the Fatah movement, claimed responsibility for targeting the Israeli military vehicle.

For its part, Israeli military sources said the incursion operation is not confined to time and it aims at halting the launching of al-Qassam missiles and the mortars shelling which have been intensively falling on Qatif settlements.

The Israeli radio said that one Israel woman settler was injured as she was exposed to the shelling of one Israeli mortar that fell at settlers at a time when the occupation forces was carrying out its military campaign against Khan Younis.

In the West Bank, a special Israeli force detained a remarkable member in Hamas movement called Muhammad al-Hindi after besieging his house in Beitonia town in Ramullah.
